Delivery & Returns




We currently only ship to the British Isles.

We currently have a base shipping fee of £8.00 (including VAT) for each basket of products, plus a per-item charge of £1.50. So, a basket of 4 items would incur an overall shipping charge of £14.00.

We retain the right to change that, and the structure of charges, at any time in the future.

The delivery charge will fall to zero for a basket with a value of £150 or more.


The delivery times depend on a number of variables, including:

  • type of product
  • The supplier
  • Suppliers’ stock levels
  • Whether the product is ready-made (off-the-shelf) or made-to-order items
  • Whether the product is sent direct to you by the supplier or via Homestyle Studio

Typical delivery times are as follows:

Item Expected Delivery Time
Ready-made items, including Curtains, Bedding, Cushions, Wallpaper etc. 5-7 days
Cut items – i.e. Fabric from a roll 5-7 days
Made-to-order Curtains and Roman Blinds, and Chairs 4-6 weeks
Made-to-order Roller, Venetian and Vertical Blinds 1-2 weeks

If, for some reason, delivery times are likely to be significantly longer than those shown in the table above, we will contact you to see if you wish to continue with the order.

These delivery times may also be lengthened by other events and conditions beyond our control, such as holiday periods, weather or disruptions in supplier operations.

We would recommend that you don’t book the services of anyone that needs the item (e.g. decorator, for wallpapers, or a curtain-maker, for fabric) unless you have received your goods. We are not responsible for any cancellation fees you may incur in this respect.

For made-to-order items, we will contact you once the items has been completed to let you know it is ready for dispatch.




If your goods are not in stock, we will email you to see if you would rather cancel the order, and receive a full refund, or wait for the items to be available.




The product images shown on the site attempt to convey the true colour of the item, but sometimes the actual colour can diverge from the image for a number of reasons, including image technology and product manufacture.

As a result, we would recommend that you first order a sample of the fabric or wallpaper to ensure you are happy with the actual colour.

Fabric samples are usually sent by Royal Mail, direct from the fabric supplier. We have very little control over the time it takes to send them, but we would expect you to receive them within a week of your order.




Once you have purchased your goods on the site, we will send you a confirmation email.

You should also receive an email from the payment handler.

If your products have not been delivered within the time stated in the confirmation email, please email us, or call on 01304 806100 (Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm, excluding public holidays).

If you order several items with different lead times, we will stagger delivery to ensure you get your items as soon as possible.

Typically, the delivery company will require a signature on delivery, so please try to ensure somebody is present at the delivery address.

Deliveries are usually made on weekdays, but also Saturdays in some instances. If there is no-one at the delivery address to accept and sign for the items, the courier leave a card with instructions.

The courier should attempt to deliver the goods at a later date, but the card should also let you know how you might be able to collect the goods.

If you choose to give us instructions to leave the parcels without a signature, any loss or damage will be at your own risk.

Your order will be packed to protect the contents during transit, but please check for damage. If you believe the goods to be damaged, please notify the driver before you sign for them.




Until the scientists discover a way of emailing your items, we will have to rely on delivery companies to deliver your order.

Some suppliers will send the items direct to you, in which case the courier service will be whoever they use.

Other suppliers prefer to send the products via us. We use UPS to deliver the products.

Made-to-order goods

We will not accept returns for any made-to-order items unless they are faulty.

Similarly, we will not accept returns of fabric cut from a roll unless it is faulty.

We cannot accept returns of fabric if it has been cut into or damaged in any other way.


On delivery, check that roll in the order has the same batch number, to ensure the wallpaper matches exactly.

Follow the hanging instructions provided for each roll of wallpaper. Homestyle Studio and its suppliers have no liability for problems resulting from not following the guidance.

We or the supplier cannot be held responsible for any charges or loss you incur as a result of finding a fault with the wallpaper.

The minimum number of rolls you can return for each product is five. The manufacturer will not accept returns of fewer than five. Returned orders are subject to a 20% handling fee.

Other goods

For items not made to order, you should arrange any returns with us within 14 days of receipt of the goods before they are returned.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it unopened and in its original condition within 14 days of the date of delivery, and receive a full refund, including the delivery charges to you.

For returns on items which are not faulty or incorrect, we will not pay or refund return carriage costs. The charge for a collection by our courier is £10.00 within the UK mainland.

If you open the goods, we will only accept returns if they are faulty or if we sent the wrong item or items, in which case we will offer you a refund you in full or replacement.

If we send a replacement for any faulty or incorrect goods, you must return the original item or items to us within 30 days. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge you the price of the replacement item.

In all circumstances, we would ask you as far as possible to return the goods in their original packaging.
